Application:
The fabric is used for manufacturing garments that provide protection against high temperatures, sparks, and molten metal splashes. Thanks to the flame-retardant finish and satin weave, sparks slide off the fabric surface (for metallurgists, welders, etc.).

Technical description:
Composition: 100% cotton, density: 430 g/m², flame-retardant technology: Pyrovatex, weave: 8/1 satin (no global analogues).

Advantages and disadvantages:
Excellent protection against sparks and molten metal splashes due to the flame-retardant finish and satin weave (they slide off without burning through the fabric). High comfort, ergonomics, and no shrinkage after washing or dry cleaning. Washing temperature up to 60°C.

WELDERSAFE — 100% cotton fabric, specially designed for welders’ workwear. The unique (unparalleled) 8:1 satin weave ensures molten metal drops and splashes roll off the surface. High resistance to burn-through confirmed by laboratory tests — 148 sec. Flame-retardant properties remain intact even after 200 cycles of industrial washing and dry cleaning.
