Construction
The water-protective suit consists of a jacket and bib overalls/trousers.
The jacket has a straight silhouette with a central zipper fastening covered by a flap with concealed snap buttons, and an attached hood. The front panel features a yoke and a lower pocket. The sleeves have reinforcing patches and cuffs with elastic tape.
Along the seam connecting the yoke to the lower part of the back, ventilated openings are positioned, covered with protective mesh.
The bib overalls have a high waistband, attached braces with snap-hook fasteners, and a gusset at the top of the crotch seams. Two adjustable snap buttons are located at the waistline, along with reinforcing patches at the knee area.
Garment components are joined using thermal welding technology. The product may be finished with reflective tape (or without it).
Advantages
The suit is manufactured using a unique technology of thermal-welded seams: garment panels are fused together under high temperature on specialized equipment, resulting in a minimal number of seams.
The materials used comply with EN 343 requirements — high tear strength and excellent performance characteristics.
The suits can be used in winter at temperatures down to –20 °C: the outer surface does not crack or deform.
The service life of the suit is 3–5 times longer compared to products of other Ukrainian manufacturers due to the use of high-quality materials and modern production technologies.
It is possible to manufacture the suit in the corporate style of an enterprise, with reflective tape and thermally applied logos.
