Heat-resistant boots for firefighters STRAZAK ART. 011
The STRAZAK ART. 01 boots are personal protective equipment designed for rescue and firefighting units. The boots reduce the risk of injuries caused by mechanical and thermal hazards. They prevent water and moisture from penetrating inside and reduce the risk of electric shock. STRAZAK ART. 01 are equipped with special removable thermal-insulation inserts made of fire-resistant felt.
Construction
Upper material
-
Heat-resistant rubber (resistant to flame and thermal radiation).
-
Additional glued-on rubber reinforcements are provided in the shin and heel areas for enhanced protection.
-
The interior of the boot is lined with cotton-polyester fabric.
Sole material
-
Heat-resistant rubber resistant to oil exposure and contact with hot surfaces.
-
The sole is equipped with steel inserts providing puncture resistance.
-
A heat-resistant insole and a layer of heat-resistant felt are included for additional thermal insulation.
The boots provide protection against:
-
electric shock up to 1 kV (in accordance with Class 0 requirements);
-
exposure to flame and thermal radiation (category HI3);
-
contact with hot surfaces;
-
slipping (SRC anti-slip sole — resistant on ceramic and steel surfaces);
-
oil, water and moisture exposure;
-
low temperatures (cold resistance).
Technical performance:
-
Impact resistance: 200 J
-
Puncture resistance: 1100 N (Newton)
-
Compression resistance: 15,000 N (Newton)
