Suit (engineering and technical staff) for protection against low temperatures, general contamination and mechanical impacts

The suit is intended to protect workers and engineering-technical personnel against low temperatures, general industrial contamination and mechanical impacts during the performance of work tasks.

Construction

Men’s and women’s protective suits designed against general industrial contamination, mechanical impacts and cold consist of a jacket, trousers/overalls and a vest.

The jacket has a straight silhouette, insulated lining, central fastening, detachable hood, collar, set-in sleeves with knitted cuffs or without them. The central fastening is covered with a windproof flap. The front panel may have a yoke or not; upper and lower pockets may be present or absent.

The insulated-lined bib overalls have a fastening in the central or side seams, an attached chest piece and back, and adjustable straps. The bottom of the side seams of the trousers may feature a zipper with a protective placket or without it. Straps are fastened with snap hooks. Reinforcement patches at the knees — with or without them.

The trousers have an insulated lining, fastening in the central seam, attached waistband, pockets (or without). Zippers with plackets at the bottom of the side seams may be present or absent. Knee reinforcement patches — with or without them.

The elongated men’s/women’s vest has an attached insulated lining, central fastening, with or without a collar, and rounded bottom edges. The front may include an upper patch pocket or not, and a lower slanted welt pocket with a zipper or not. The back may feature an internal drawcord with an elastic tape at the waistline or not.

The garment construction may include additional elements that do not reduce its performance properties.
