Protective coat for protection against water and non-toxic chemical solutions

The coat is designed to protect against high humidity, exposure to water droplets and water jets, as well as dilute (non-concentrated) solutions of acids and alkalis.
It provides complete protection against moisture penetration into the interior of the garment.

Construction

The coat has a straight silhouette and features a central zipper fastening covered by a flap with concealed snap buttons, as well as an attached hood.
The front panels are designed with a yoke and a lower pocket. The back panel is also made with a yoke.
The sleeves are equipped with reinforcing overlays and elasticated cuffs.
The length of the face opening and the hood volume are adjusted using a drawcord with a cord lock.

The joining of garment components is carried out using thermal welding technology.
The product may be equipped with retroreflective tape, depending on operational requirements.

Advantages

In the manufacture of this water-protective coat, a specialized welded seam technology is used: garment components are bonded together on dedicated equipment under the influence of high temperature.
As a result, the product has a minimal number of seams, which significantly enhances its waterproof performance.

The materials used in the production of the coats comply with the requirements of EN 343 in terms of fabric tensile strength, ensuring high performance characteristics.
During winter operation, the coats can be used at temperatures down to –20 °C; the material surface does not crack and retains its shape.
The service life of LEGIO coats is 3–5 times longer than that of products from other Ukrainian manufacturers, due to the use of high-quality materials and modern production technologies.
