Construction

Men’s and women’s protective suits designed for protection against general industrial contamination, mechanical hazards, and cold conditions consist of a jacket, trousers or bib overalls, and a vest.

The jacket has a straight silhouette with an insulated lining, a central front fastening, a detachable hood, a collar, and set-in sleeves, which may be fitted with knitted cuffs. The central fastening is covered by a windproof flap. The front panels may be designed with a yoke. Pockets may be provided on the upper and lower sections of the front panels depending on the design.

The bib overalls feature an insulated lining and a fastening located in the center or along the side seams. The design includes a sewn-on bib and back panel with shoulder straps. Zipper fastenings with protective flaps may be provided at the lower sections of the side seams of the legs. The shoulder straps are equipped with carabiner fasteners. Reinforcing patches may be applied in the knee area.

The trousers are designed with an insulated lining and a fastening in the center seam. They feature a sewn-on waistband and may be manufactured with pockets depending on the model. Zipper fastenings with protective flaps may be provided at the lower sections of the side seams. Reinforcing patches may be applied in the knee area.

The extended-length vest for men and women is designed with a sewn-in insulated lining and a central fastening. The vest may be manufactured with or without a collar and features rounded lower edges. The front panel may include an upper patch pocket and a lower welt pocket with a slanted opening and zipper fastening, depending on the design. The back panel may be equipped with an internal drawstring casing with an elastic tape along the waistline.

The garment design may be supplemented with additional elements, provided that they do not impair protective or performance properties.
