“On approval of the norms for the free issuance of specialized clothing, specialized footwear and other individual protective equipment for forestry workers”, the Legio company presents the “Suit for a forest feller”, “Suit for protection against water and solutions of non-toxic substances”, as well as “Raincoat for protection against water”.
The essence of the new order
According to the new order “On Approval of the Norms for the Free Issuance of Specialized Clothing, Specialized Footwear, and Other Individual Protective Equipment for Forestry Workers”, which entered into force on April 17, 2018, each forestry worker must be provided with a full set of protective clothing depending on the type of activity.
The order provides a list of forestry professions and a complete list of special clothing that employees must be provided with. The terms for wearing this clothing are indicated.

Forester costume
The protective properties of the suit are provided by special pads that fully protect the most vulnerable parts of the body from the chain saw. When the saw comes into contact with the pad, a complete stop occurs.
The designs differ in the level of protection and are designed for different levels of personnel training.
Water protection suit
| The suit consists of a jumpsuit and a jacket. Protects against high humidity, drops, water jets, unconcentrated solutions of acids and alkalis. Provides complete protection against moisture penetration into the space. Used outdoors, in closed rooms. Straight silhouette jacket with a central zipper, closed by a flap with hidden buttons. There is a reinforcing overlay on the sleeve in the elbow area, which significantly extends the life of the suit. There are holes for air exchange in the lower part of the back, which are closed by a protective mesh yoke. Jumpsuit with a high belt in the front, floating straps, with a gusset at the top of the crotch seams. There is a reinforcing overlay on the front of the jumpsuit in the knee area. A unique technology called “welding seams” is used in the manufacture of the suit, on special equipment the parts of the product are fastened together under the influence of high temperature. Thanks to this, the product has a minimal number of seams. |
Raincoat for protection against water

The raincoat is made in red and silver. This version allows you to notice the employee even in conditions of poor visibility during an emergency. It is possible to manufacture raincoats in the corporate style of the company, as well as apply the company logo. |
