Winter oil and gas worker protective suit

The suit is designed to protect employees of oil and gas enterprises against low temperatures, mechanical impacts, and the aggressive effects of petroleum products.

DSTU EN 342-2001, DSTU EN ISO 13688, DSTU EN 343, DSTU EN ISO 20471, DSTU EN ISO 13034

Construction

The suit consists of a jacket and bib overalls.
It is manufactured from high wear-resistant fabrics with oil-, petroleum- and water-repellent as well as antistatic properties, which are retained for more than 50 washing cycles.

Flame-protective materials may also be used, depending on operational requirements.

A modern next-generation nonwoven insulation material, Hollofiber, is used as thermal insulation. It provides excellent heat retention, allowing the insulation to be used in a single layer, does not accumulate static electricity—which is particularly important for this type of garment—and is lightweight, ensuring wearer comfort during work activities.

To ensure maximum protection against crude oil and associated compounds, additional protective reinforcements are applied to the front part of the bib overalls, the jacket fronts, and the upper sections of the sleeves.

Advantages

To enhance worker visibility and safety, high-quality retroreflective materials are used.
The suits are manufactured using durable, high-quality accessories and components, which significantly extend the service life of the garments.

This suit combines a high level of protection with ease of use and wearer comfort.

The suits can be manufactured in the customer’s corporate colors and fitted with branded logos.
