Mine worker waterproof protective suit (shaft worker suit)

The suit is designed to protect workers from high humidity, exposure to water splashes and jets, as well as non-concentrated solutions of acids and alkalis. It provides complete protection against moisture penetration and is suitable for use both outdoors and in enclosed industrial facilities.

Construction

The water-protection suit for stvolovyi workers consists of a jacket and bib overalls/trousers.
The jacket features a straight silhouette, a central fastening with metal half-rings, an attached overlapping collar with a hook-and-loop (Velcro) closure, and front and back panels with a yoke. The sleeves are equipped with reinforcing patches and cuffs made of elastic tape.

The bib overalls have a high waistband, attached braces with snap-hook fasteners, and a gusset in the upper area of the crotch seams. The waistline is adjustable, and reinforcing knee patches are provided.
The trousers version includes a waistband, attached braces with snap-hook fasteners, a gusset in the upper crotch area, an adjustable waistband, and reinforced knees.

The garment components are joined using thermal welding technology, ensuring strong, watertight seams. The suit may be finished with reflective tape (or produced without it).

Advantages

A unique seam-welding technology is used in the production of the suit: the components are fused together at high temperature using specialized equipment, resulting in a garment with a minimal number of seams and enhanced waterproof integrity.
The materials used meet the requirements of EN 343, including tensile strength, ensuring excellent performance characteristics.
The suit can be operated in winter conditions at temperatures down to –20 °C: the outer surface does not crack or deform.
Its service life is 3–5 times longer compared to products from other Ukrainian manufacturers due to the use of high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing technologies.
The suit can be produced in corporate colors, with reflective tape and heat-applied logos fixed using thermal processing.
