Heat-resistant underwear
Flame-resistant underwear is intended to provide additional thermal protection for the firefighter and to absorb moisture released by the body. It is required during fire suppression and related primary emergency-rescue operations, as well as for protection against adverse climatic influences. Flame-resistant underwear is used together with firefighter protective clothing.

Construction
The underwear consists of a long-sleeved shirt and long johns made of knitted fabric.
